Holly Masters prepares to step down after eight years at the helm. Ryan Barlow appointed new CEO.
After eight incredible years leading the Foundation, our CEO Holly Masters will be stepping down next month. Holly has led the Foundation through remarkable growth, tripling the care we deliver and helping ensure more than 160,000 families received the support of over 300 McGrath Cancer Care Nurses.
We’re also delighted to confirm that Ryan Barlow, our current Deputy CEO, has been appointed as our new CEO. Ryan has been an integral part of the team leading the McGrath Foundation since Holly began. His experience, authenticity and deep understanding of the Foundation make him the ideal person now to lead the team.
On behalf of our Board, our Team, and cohort of McGrath Cancer Care Nurses across Australia, we extend our deepest thanks to Holly for her leadership, vision and unwavering dedication. And we congratulate Ryan as he steps into this important role.
Our purpose remains unchanged, ensuring no one goes through cancer without care. With Ryan at the helm, we look forward to the next chapter of delivering even greater impact for families across Australia.
