Toyota Volunteers: Powered by Passion

This year’s NRMA Insurance Pink Test was unforgettable, not just because of the cricket, but also thanks to the sea of pink that filled the Sydney Cricket Ground and the extraordinary volunteers who made it all possible.

For the first time, Toyota proudly supported our volunteer program, standing alongside our incredible Pink Army across five action-packed days. And “Oh What a Feeling” it was. A remarkable 603 volunteers completed 866 shifts, selling over 60,000 pink bandanas and ensuring supporters across the SCG could show their pink passion. From early morning set-ups to the final ball, our volunteers brought heart, energy and unwavering dedication to every corner of the ground.

Their commitment did more than create an unforgettable atmosphere, it helps ensure that no one misses out on the care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse. Every bandana sold, every conversation shared and every smile offered contributes to care for families facing cancer.

We are beyond grateful to our Pink Army and to Toyota for proudly backing them this summer of cricket. Together, they all helped bring the magic of the Pink Test to life.
