20 years of being empowered to live well
Father of two Paul Nelson, 64, has been diagnosed with cancer three times in 10 years.
In the midst of this treatment he was connected with his McGrath Cancer Care Nurse, Nicola Lanci who Paul describes as a “life preserver”.

Our impact so far
With your support, McGrath Cancer Care Nurses have provided over 319,289 hours of care to people throughout their treatment. That’s more than 161,000 people and families across Australia since 2005.
Now, as we take our care to all cancers, McGrath Cancer Care Nurses will provide clinical, psychosocial and emotional support to people with any type of cancer throughout their treatment.
