About Delwyn Morgan ‘ McGrath Breast Care Nurse serving Ringwood, Victoria

Delwyn has been nursing since 1995 and as such has a passion for the complete physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing of patients under her care.

She began her journey to this role when working in oncology wards in the mid-1990s, where she noticed many patients struggling to sleep. When she offered to keep them company and spent the night by their side, she noticed the same conversations and concerns emerging time after time.

This experience motivated Delwyn to establish the first oncology rehabilitation program in Australia, and to become a committed advocate of supportive care for cancer patients and their families.
