Holly Masters CEO
Holly Masters is Chief Executive Officer of the McGrath Foundation.
Holly joined the McGrath Foundation in October 2017, after working in the UK and across the Asia Pacific region.
Holly has a wealth of experience across FMCG, retail, beauty, media and telecommunications sectors, building and developing brands globally. Most recently, she worked for Estée Lauder Companies where she held a variety of roles over 12 years including, Vice President General Manager of Clinique Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
Previously, Holly led brands such as Jo Malone London, La Mer and Molton Brown across Australia and co-founded mission21, a marketing and communications agency in London.
Today Holly manages a team of passionate, skilled professionals at the McGrath Foundation. She is responsible for leading the McGrath Foundation into a new phase of growth in order to deliver on the Mission of ensuring every individual experiencing breast cancer has access to the support of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse, for free wherever they live in Australia.
Brent Pitts Finance & Commercial Director
Brent is a Chartered Accountant with a career spanning 30 years across banking, transport, agricultural chemicals and Fast Moving Consumer Goods. He has worked across Asia Pacific in New Zealand, Australia, Japan and Indonesia for some of the largest consumer businesses globally, with his last role as CFO in Indonesia for one of Australia’s most well-known brands. In 2015 Brent was awarded Fellowship status with Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand in recognition of his contribution to the profession. Brent joined the McGrath Foundation in 2013 as Director of Finance and in October 2014 his responsibilities expanded to include oversight for all commercial practices and operations. His current role is Finance & Commercial Director.
Jane Mahony Mission Programmes Director
Jane joined the McGrath Foundation as HR Director in 2010; after spending the previous 18 years working in human resources throughout many countries; including Singapore, China, England and Australia.
Jane has lent her skills and expertise to many facets of the Foundation including the role of Chief Operating Officer. Since November 2014, Jane has been Mission Programmes Director, overseeing the McGrath Breast Care Nurse Program and evolving the Foundation’s breast education and awareness programs.
Ryan Barlow Marketing & Revenue Director
Ryan is an experienced marketing leader, spending nearly 2 decades leading national marketing campaigns for some of the most loved and iconic brands in Australia including Qantas, Telstra and Surf Life Saving. He brings to the McGrath Foundation extensive strategic capabilities and creative experience across communications, partnerships, sales and revenue generation.
Ryan joined the McGrath Foundation in September of 2017, as Marketing and Revenue Director, to lead the Foundation’s fundraising and marketing activities.
Jackie Quilter PR & Media Director & ASSISTANT Company Secretary
Jackie joined the McGrath Foundation as Media & Communications Director in September 2014, before moving into the role of PR & Media Director in September 2017.
Jackie has 16 years strategic PR and communications experience working with some of the world’s leading brands and organisations in both Australia and the UK. In her role as PR & Media Director she is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the reputation of the McGrath Foundation and overseeing its communications strategy.
Glenn McGrath AM Co-Founder & President
Following a personal experience with breast cancer, Jane and Glenn McGrath decided to launch the McGrath Foundation in September 2005 to do what they could to help families going through breast cancer.
Leveraging Glenn’s profile as an international cricketer and learning from Jane’s personal experience, the Foundation was established to place breast care nurses across the country and to increase breast awareness.
Upon Jane’s passing in June 2008, Glenn assumed the role of Chairman and played an integral role in both managing the Board and engaging the community behind the Foundation’s activities.
In September 2013, after five years as Chairman, Glenn assumed the role of President of the Board. In this role, Glenn is committed to the Foundation’s future success, upholding the vision for the Foundation and representing the Foundation through major initiatives and connecting with the business world and broader community. Glenn participates on a voluntary basis; he receives no salary or payment for his support.
NSW Australian of the Year in 2008, Glenn is now recognised as an outspoken advocate for improved services for breast cancer and greater education for younger women around breast awareness.
John Conde AO Chairman
John Conde is Chairman of BUPA Australia and Cooper Energy Ltd. He is Deputy Chairman of Whitehaven Coal Limited and a Director of Dexus Property Group. He is also President of the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal and Chairman of the Australian Olympic Committee (NSW) Fundraising Committee.
He was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 1994 in recognition of services to business and commerce. John was previously a Director of BHP Billiton, Lumley Corporation and Excel Coal, Managing Director of Broadcast Investments Holdings and President of the National Heart Foundation.
Joining the McGrath Foundation family in May 2012, John provides pro bono support to the Board by drawing on his wealth of experience at board level with public, private and not-for-profit organisations.
Christine McLoughlin Board Member
Christine McLoughlin is a company director and business adviser with extensive experience across a range of sectors including financial services, mining, infrastructure, telecommunications, insurance and health. Christine currently serves on the Boards of Suncorp Group Ltd, nib holdings ltd, and Venues NSW where she is Chairman.
Suzanne Young Board Member
Suzanne Young is the Executive General Manager, Operational Partnering at Insurance Australia Group Limited. Suzanne is a recognised senior executive and non-executive director across a range of industries and regulated sectors. She has broad leadership and operational experience spanning financial services, aviation, technology, not-for-profit and professional services across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the US.
Terry Brown Board Member
Terry Brown has been a practicing Lawyer and business advisor for over 35 years. He is managing director of Tax Assure Pty Ltd in Sydney and SCL Advisors Pty Ltd, and a senior consultant to Andreyev Lawyers.
A founding Board Member, and Chairman of the McGrath Foundation Risk Committee Terry continues to provide pro bono support to the Board.
Tracy Bevan Foundation Ambassador & Director
* Tracy Bevan is also a board director of the McGrath Foundation.
Tracy moved to Australia from England when she married cricketing legend, Michael Bevan, in 1994.
It was Tracy who helped set up the McGrath Foundation following her best friend Jane McGrath's diagnosis and experience with breast cancer.
Tracy remains one of the driving forces behind the McGrath Foundation and is dedicated to increasing breast awareness in young people whilst raising much-needed funds to place McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right across Australia. Tracy was nominated for Australian of the Year in 2012 and again in 2017. She has been an Australia Day Ambassador since 2014.
In her current role Tracy acts as an Ambassador and Director on the McGrath Foundation Board. Tracy works closely with members of the community and often speaks at events to raise awareness about the vital role McGrath Breast Care Nurses play whilst encouraging everyone to be breast aware.
