The McGrath Foundation is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile, fast-growing, not-for-profit health organisation, conveniently located in Northbridge.

The Business Development Manager's main duties will include:
  • Identifying & recruiting new corporate supporters;
  • Management of existing corporate relationships and point of contact for all corporate partners;
  • Development of organisation's future strategy for approval by General Manager & Board;
  • Reviewing current processes & modification/development of business management systems where required;
  • Management of budgets, expenditure and cashflow; and approval of financial reports for General Manager and Board;
  • Management of part-time bookkeeper;
  • Initial point of contact for media and PR; and
  • Development of promotional material, press releases etc as required.
Flexibility and willingness to be involved in all aspects of the organisation's work are key to this role.
