The McGrath Foundation hits the Sydney Home Show!

The McGrath Foundation brought a touch of pink to the 2010 HIA Sydney Home Show, thanks to our Corporate Friend, Designer Kitchens Direct (DKD), who generously donated a brand new $25,000 kitchen that was raffled off at the show.

Congratulations to our lucky winner, Alisha Seaton, who won the kitchen from over 1500 entries! A big thanks to everyone who purchased a ticket and stopped by our stand to say hello.

DKD, who had a McGrath Foundation branded kitchen on display (complete with hot pink splashbacks, of course!), also donated $400 to the Foundation for every DKD kitchen sold at the Home Show. In total, over $10,000 was raised for the Foundation, which is a fantastic result! We’d like to thank Gordon and the team at DKD, as well as Caesarstone, Ilve, SPS and Graphic Glassworks, for very kindly donating the prize and helping to direct people to our raffle stand. Thanks also to Mark Stephens and Shelley Tilbrook from Exhibitions & Events Australia for donating the space and being so supportive.

As always, we couldn’t do what we do without our enthusiastic and loyal volunteers who were on hand to sell raffle tickets and make sure no one left the Home Show without a touch of pink in the form of McGrath Foundation merchandise. Thank you all!
