Meet Sandra Gregg – McGrath Breast Care Nurse, Cairns, Qld

jul09_sandra.jpgSandra Gregg has been a nurse for 23 years, training in England and emigrating to Cairns via Florida, USA.

She has been a practicing, accredited breast care nurse for the last six years and is overjoyed to be able to call herself a McGrath Breast Care Nurse.

She has also just received the AstraZeneca Breast Cancer Care Award for 2009. She was humbled to receive this prestigious national award, particularly as one of her 'ladies' had taken the time to nominate her.

“I, like the late Jane McGrath, firmly believe that all ladies diagnosed with breast cancer and their families should have access to a McGrath Breast Care Nurse and I’m just so proud to now be one of them.”
