Midlife Challenge - wrap up 2008

Six Sydney men dared to embark on a two week trek to the summit of the 6,000m Himalayan peak, Dzo Jongo, in late August 2008, to raise money for the McGrath Foundation

Inspired by their wives and friends who had survived breast cancer, these trekkers did an extraordinary job of raising both funds and awareness of breast cancer in our community.

As the men all paid their own way, every dollar pledged by the community came straight to the Foundation, amounting to an incredible $40,500.

The Foundation is incredibly grateful to these daredevils and would like to thank Nick Mercer, Nick Richardson, Malcolm Patch, Nick Cleaver, Michael Harden and Greg Crowley for their significant contribution.
