Charity Quiz and Games Night

Grace Glacken recently organised and successfully held a charity quiz/games night to aid the McGrath Foundation at St Bede's Hall Semaphore in Adelaide on Saturday 9th August 2008.

With great support from her cousins Laura and Grace, sister-in-law Julie and husband Chris the night was an overwhelming success in raising just over $3000.00. The event which was attended by over 130 people commenced at 7.00pm and included BYO Supper with drinks purchased on the night.

All who attended where entertained with games, auctions, lotteries and of course a quiz including slide show. All proceeds (100%) of money raised was donated to the McGrath Foundation.

The event was helped in part by sponsorship and prizes donated by many Adelaide companies and with it's popular attendance is sure to be repeated very soon.

Grace would like to take this opportunity to thank all who contributed to the success of the night including those who attended and those who donated their time and money to a most worthy cause.
